Arise for Children, Inc. is a licensed child placing agency that was born out of an orphan advocacy program called Project G.L.O.W.  As a licensed agency we are able to provide child placement services to families throughout the United States.  We continue to provide educational and counseling services to the adoptive community as well.  It is our hope that you will arise in hope as God arises in strength and victory in your life and the lives of your children.
